Barbara Blasevich

President and CEO

Graduate in Economics at the University of Verona, registered in the Register of Auditors since 1999, she was managing-financial director at an important agro industrial company.

Partner of Euroconsulting since 2001 (President and CEO since 2008), she manages high-level relationships with clients and stakeholders, both Italian and European. She supports clients on the definition and management of co-financed investment projects for the development of large Italian agro industrial companies.

She sits on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni, Fata Assicurazioni, Ente Fiera di Verona.

Silvia Arcari

Managing Associate

Graduate in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Pavia, since 1998 she has been working at Euroconsulting, associate since 2001. She is responsible for the management of the administrative secretariat and for the web dissemination of the information, as well as for the events organization and the management and assistance during the setting up of events, training courses, conferences, workshops, monitoring committees of Rural Development Programs, high-level conferences and meetings for public and private entities, both in Italy and in Brussels.

Cristina Tinelli

Associate, Managing Director

Graduate in Political Science at the University of Pavia, she hold a Master degree in EU politics, economics and law. For Euroconsulting, she has been in charge of the management of the framework contracts with the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, the Italian Permanent Representation to the EU, as well as some Italian regions. She has been advising for the application of Rural Development Programs and competition law in the agricultural sector. Associate since 2001, she is the managing director of the Brussels office. She is responsible for the relations with the EU institutions on behalf of the clients, working closely with the European Commission, European Parliament and Council of the EU, and other stakeholders in Brussels. She is an expert on the Common Agricultural and EU competition policies and has collaborated to the setting up of some national paying agencies. She also intervenes as a speaker at conferences and training courses, and is responsible of the European Meat Network Secretariat.

Elena Grazioli

Graduate in Communication Sciences, she worked as an intern at a press agency and was in charge of drafting and publishing newspaper articles. At Euroconsulting since 2011, she is mainly engaged in monitoring EU policies and legislation, and in communication and information on relevant topics. She takes care of the administrative secretariat, as well as the courses, events and conferences organization.

Carmela CIarliero

Graduate in Political Sciences, between 2010 and 2011 she was involved in the local implementation of EU co-financed projects. After two internship experiences in Brussels between 2011 and 2012, first at Euroconsulting and then at Bayer AG, she came back to Euroconsulting in 2012. She is responsible for the monitoring of EU policies and the drafting of in-depth analysis regarding the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy and competition policy in the agricultural sector. In addition, she organizes high level meetings on behalf of European Meat Network.
